I seem to go back and forth. Sometimes i will be very depressed. But a lot of the time I am always very angry. I have anger issues I guess. Any ideas on how to calm my anger when I get really angry?
I mostly get angry at school. Because everyone acts so stupid. Sometimes I wonder what in the heck is wrong with them. Mostly people in my grade.. they make me angry because they are so immature sometimes, making fun of people in the classroom. sometimes someone will say "Leave them alone!" and they say things like "No, if they wanted to be left alone they'd tell me to stop." even though they say to stop, the stupid people ignore them. I say nothing. I am the quiet person in class. Sometimes someone will be all like "How are you today miss, thats very good." Even though I say nothing.. and they dont say it in a kind way, they say it in a "i love you annoy the hell out of you" way. but i guess i'll stop writing now, since this post is getting long. <font color="#880000"> </font>

Depression includes an element of anger, imo. It isn't a bad thing to allow others to be and stay quiet, but turning that response into yourself rather than working through it, might not be such a good solution.
What of others and their words? Isn't it up to our own selves to take what is good and leave the rest? I can't control the world (nor would I want to) but realizing that it's up to me, it is my choice, as to whether a situation really affects me or not... usually. TC and please don't stay angry.

i choose to be quiet in those classes because i do not want to associate with the stupid people in the classrooms. they're worthless to me. [not all of them, i only have a problem with 5, at the most, of them.]

Did you know that anger isn't a bad thing? It's an emotion, and emotions aren't good or bad. They just are. Anger can be very uncomfortable though, and sometimes what we do when we're feeling uncomfortable or hurt can be a problem. So we just need to learn how to use our anger in a way that helps us and doesn't hurt anybody. I know, that's easier said than done. I found a great website about just that though. I keep telling people about this site, and people are going to think that I'm invested in it somehow, but I don't have anything to do with the site. I just think it's good information that we could all use since anger is such a hard thing to know what to do with. I asked my mother what to do with all the anger building up in me as a child, and didn't get any answers, and it built up and eventually either imploded or exploded.

I get angry about how cruel people are, too. I just don't understand why some people feel no guilt about hurting someone's feelings who hasn't done anything to them. Why do they get pleasure from making fun of others? I don't know if they really feel this way (or tell themselves they do), or if they're just saying it to be obnoxious, but one ignorant thing some people say is that they have a right to make fun of someone because that person chooses to be different or act a certain way or dress a certain way. As for kids and teens, I'm disgusted when their parents defend their actions.
