Here is a shortened version to putting a graphic in your email

Copy the pic/image you want and save it on your desktop...
Open your email program (outlook express)....
Start a new message and then click on insert and then click picture.....
Click on browse and find the image you saved....click ok and then voila

I think you can save this as your signature in outlook express too...I will check on that.

Let me know if this works ok?

I heard back from that guy and he accepts donations before he can make a new name that isn't on his site.

Am I ok? No, my world at work is crashing down all around me, I am in the middle of something that is going to hurt people that I care about and the guilt that I am contributing to it in any way (I have no choice, my DM is telling me what to do) is causing me extreme stress.

Today, the DM is coming to talk to all the employees, and myself. Getting thru this day will take more energy than I have, I think.

Draw some energy from us.....we are all here for you. I can remember when I first started venturing out after staying in my hole for a while I would visualize all of my friends here holding my hands. It really was comforting to me.

WOW! That is sooo pretty. I have to figure out how to do that.

You can learn this Yokus...I know you can.

All you need to do is right click on the pic of your name....you will see a list of options.....at the bottom you will see Properties and then click on that....you will then see more options listed....you will see the word address...
copy that whole address (highlight it - take your mouse and hold down your left button while you are moving over the http etc) and then paste that address into your message. You can right click in your new post and you will see options again...(undo cut copy etc)...click on copy and the address should be in the message box....

Before the address type this [image] and after the message type this [/image] with no spaces between anything. It is like when you are putting a smile on here too.
