Please everyone LET IT GO!!!
I hear people have had their feelings hurt. I hear that people feel they are not being supported or their feelings validated. But there are only so many ((hugs)) that can be given and  's sent to to those that are feeling left out of the "support" loop............. This subject has been beaten to death already in a number of threads and it is time to move forward!This site is a wondeful resource to all of us who are dealing with some aspects of a mental illness. To know that I am not alone in my fight against my depression is a wonderful and comforting feeling. From this site I have learned how important it is to acknowledge my feelings, and equally how important it is to deal with those feelings and then move on!! I am truly a stronger person for practicing both of those principles. Do I do that all the time???? Absolutely not and no one should be expected to, but we all should try! If you need support, give me something specific I can help you with. If you need validation, I can try...but I also may want to help you look at another side of the issue....but that is just me. I will get off my soapbox now............thanks for reading this post! Take care everyone.......and work to move forward.
