I am going to try it Rhapody...I have tried many a diet so if I fail..it is only one more down the drain...but I truly want this one to work...maybe knowing people from psych are doing it also will help me to keep on track...thank you for your encouragement Rhapsody!

Calling ALL - Weight Watchers Buddies for Monday..... I need an E-mail Address if YOU want a copy of the Getting Started e-Book that I copied. I will be sending it in Word format, but can send in Adobe format if you need - just know that the Adobe format is not as good as the Word format (or I can send both).
