I have to get new meds because the ones i am taking are not working. i also had to cancle my apointment with my theropist because it conflicted with my work. now i won't see her for 3 weeks. I have been having lots of isues that i can't deal with. but no one to talk to. Lots of racing thaughts, bad thaughts. and the voices in my head are back. I just need help and i can't get it. On top of it all my ex is dooing everything she can even lie to keep me from my son. The friends i did have in this town have moved 80 miles away from here and i have no car so i can't go see them. I am left alone here, lost, helpless. and i don't like it. Sorry if i got off subject from what i started with. i just let my mind go on it's own for a min.

Alf hope the new meds will help you get through this terrible crisis you are having...Just remember to take care of yourself first...then you will be a ready to handle the situation with your son in a rational manner...I want so much for you to have visitation rights!!

Alf, hope the doc will be able to help you ASAP, but sometimes these meds take a little time to take effect so hold on! I see my meds provider tomorrow. Sadness & hurt just below the surface & pops out at inappropriate times. Don't know if she will change my meds. I think this may be normal depression after my husband said some hurtful remarks to me. Anyone would be down after that, not just someone with bp.

Remember to tell the doc EVERYTHING that is going on so she/he gets the full picture.--Suzy

Alf, do it for your son next time! Ultimately you have to do it for you, but in the meantime, setting this goal in order to get visitation rights with your son will do!

It will be a battle, but you can do it! If you want, I'll call and wake you up before the next appt! Just PM me your number... if you trust me. i go see my dr today

Alf, it's possible that your memory loss is due to your depression. Once you get that under control, your memory will get better. Although... some anti-depressants also cause some memory loss. From personal experience, though, I'd rather be on anti-depressants than being depressed! That's for sure!

Once your depression lifts, you'll care enough to take care of the other medical problems you have.

Hang in! It's a road you need to travel, but any movement forward is one heck of a lot better than being stuck where you are now. i go see my dr today
