"Creative," "flexible," "imaginative"--these three words are almost interchangeable.

If you are creative, you can think of alternative ways to work around problems, ways that align with your own skills and reflect your values.

If you are flexible, you are able and willing to change and modify plans; you adjust to new circumstances and needs.

If you are imaginative, you envision what is not and what can be--you see in your mind what you haven't yet seen in the material world. All three words refer to your willingness to experiment with new approaches and fresh solutions. When you have these qualities, you will bend and not break when challenges arise.

When a great wind blows,
that which is rigid will snap and break.
That which is flexible will bend.
When the wind dies down and calm returns,
the flexible will rise again.

If you could only pick one of the words, which would you pick? I think I'd pick "flexible."

That's my Fall siggy avatar... but I forgot that my name contains MORN in it. LOL Oh well... maybe I should change it to "moon."

Strange that the tree is showing it's "flexibility" though, isn't it? Bend or break??

Perna and Sky, it DOES say that the three words are interchangable! Bend or break??

It has to mean your attitude/mind... 'cause I sure wish my body was "flexible"!! Bend or break??

without sounding arrogant or cocky, i believe i am those words. i know i have creativity, and with it comes the imagination, because i use words to create pictures in my mind and when i explain things, so i definately have those 2, and the other one, "flexible"...i have that too. im able to bend and mould into certain situations and adjust quickly. i think i use the other 2 to do that. i use creativity and imagination to be able to be flexible.

thank you for that septmebermorn, im glad you allowed me to think about those three things. it sheds a new light on your inner person i think.

Simon, I don't think there's an arrogant bone in your body! It takes someone with a whole lot of courage to see the good in themselves; to recognize our strengths as well as our weaknesses.

You have these gifts and you're not afraid to admit it and to use them! More power to you, Hon!

So... do you see me as being arrogant if I say I have them as well? Maybe not to the same degree as you, but they're there! Bend or break??

Bend or break??
