you are not being nosey, i first got refired to see a counsellor last year at my local surgary, but so did hubby and his sister and several other people i know, you would pass them after or before a session, when i was offered this time i asked if i could see someone else because hubby was still seeing the surgary one,
our dr understood and refered me to outlook and like the surgary i was granted six sessions, i have to travel to another location to see my new counsellor i nearly at the end of my six sessions but he said if we need more he will sort them out, i have felt a lot better since going to him, the one i saw at the surgary helped but with both of us seeing her i felt uncomfortable,
yes it is on the nhs ask your doctor for a feferal you might have to wait,
im not sure if outlook do other parts of the country but i can give you there web address for southwest,
www.outlooksw.co.uk
hope this helps

Thanks Katheryn!

Wowzer. 6 sessions. That is what I was given (granted?) too (on 2 separate referrals)

Thanks for the link! (((((((((( Katheryn ))))))))))) Bad bear
