I have messed up.

I talked to Mr Bear today. I have decided he has quite "loose boundaries".... in other words he is very tolerant of me. Perhaps he is too tolerant of my "crap" as it could be called. Not that I intend to do "crap". But there are a couple of issues which I need/want to change.

And I think seeing a counsellor is the only real way to change them quickly... or more quickly.

Either that, or be very silent.

Ugh.

Sorry if this post seems cryptic. I am just a bit mad at myself.

Take care,
Fuzzy

Fuzz Bear,

Counseling can be a very good thing. It doesn't mean you're bad! It takes bravery and fortitude to realize you need to change and then go do something about it.

Hugs,

Jan

People (and bears hehe) who admit to having problems that they want to change are very brave and strong minded individuals. many people will go through life thinking the world has problems but they dont, but everyone alive has problems, big or small. but to stand and say you have these problems, and say that you are thinking of councilling to help yourself, means alot to me and i think you should be very proud of yourself.

i hope it goes well. you certainly are not a "bad bear" hehe.

They said it well before I saw this. Going to a doctor or counselor is no different than having your car repared.

I give thumbs up on the Therapist idea! Mine helped me wonderfully today after my reaction to having my buttons pushed last night.

You are not a bad bear. You said it correctly: you messed up. Big deal. So did I. You and I can't change what happened or what we did, but we can change how we are feeling about it, and that in turn will help us next time!

There are NO bad bears! (BTW I also don't think there are any "bad" children either!)

Not getting along well with a few people and getting along well with most ppl are two different things entirely. Not being able to work well with a few ppl does not make someone bad. It's the same idea that you have a great day except for one negative thing that happens...that doesn't make it a bad day.

Just thinking, bear. Bad bear

Hey Katheryn! How long have you been seeing your counsellor for? And did/are you seeing her on the NHS? Feel free not to reply if you feel I am being too nosey. I really don't know many people in my area of the planet who are seeing counsellors or have seen counsellors. I know a few, I guess I need "endless" discussions before I get my fuzzy butt in gear. Or something like that. But if you don't want to tell me, either here, or in PM, I have no problem at all with that!

(((((((((((( Katheryn )))))))))))))))

PS If you have posted the info. on here, please ignore my post or direct me to the post you made. Sorry if I seem formal here. I just have been getting my fur in a few knots lately Bad bear
