I took a walk today, which made me feel better, emotionally/mentally. The feeling lasted about 5 hours. The walk caused quite alot of physical pain, though. Once I sat down, when I got back, I couldn't walk..or hardly stand...for about an hour and a half. Now having mid bone pain, and feeling 'funny/weird' mentally now.

I don't know if it was worth it? Or maybe I'm now crashing after the boost from this morning?

Hehehe if its not one thing, its another with me. I'm a mess! Took a walk to the store today

It was cold this morning, all frosty with a bit of bite in the air (mid 20s F), so if I hadn't had physical pain after, I would have loved it. Took a walk to the store today I used to love doing things outside, especially chopping wood...that was one of my favorites Took a walk to the store today

Oh, for those who don't know, I guess I should say that the physical pain is from RA. Probably not everyone knows my history Took a walk to the store today

No I don't know your history but sorry you are in pain! I would love to be able to go outside and take a walk but I have agoraphobia and am stuck inside...How I miss those days when I could go out and just feel the cool air!!
