I'm wishing you luck and admire you for making this move.
In 5 years (not Depakote related) I've gain 40+ lbs, I hate it, turning 50 January 2007 is not helping, you know how our metabolism slows so we have to work even harder battling that horrible thing, obesity.
I cheer you on and hope your step will re-inspire me to get back to exercising, I really need it.
Hooray! Hooray, biplol !!! Wish me luck

Sept, that is great way of looking at this, and all the great rewards physically and mentally are priceless.
It's been 5 years since I dropped out of keeping physically fit, and it is really taking hold, I need to rid myself of this and get on track again.
biplol, thanks for the cheering. Wish me luck
I definately have to get on track, and stop defeating myself, when I do not see lbs lost on my scale, I have to convince myself that with age it may take longer but it is possible. I keep saying that self defeating thing, "I'll never be thin again" It's those negative words that keep biting me. DE, must fight it, yay, DE, get moving. LOL!!
I wish everyone from the bottom of my heart lots of luck, good health,re-newal,and loads of positive vibes. Wish me luck

Good Luck! I need to shed some pounds, too. Maybe I'll take up some sort of exercising... something like walking or jogging. Wish me luck

((((Mental))) what I did today was really easy going, I did an hour of cardio, but at my own pace; 1/2 walking on a 3.7 speed and then 1/2 biking (not killing myself of course) maybe 5 minutes at the end going a little bit faster and I burn 400 calories, it was hard, becuase I haven't done much lately, but reacheable.
(getting out the pompons) I'm cheering for you too now!!

Way to go!!
I'd go with you!

You are already on your way! I hope you are feeling proud, biplol!
Keep it in a positive light. When I quit smoking I didn't think about what I was giving up but what I was gaining. I was not a smoker in need of a cig, I was now a non-smoker! I now smelled good!

So glad you found it within to do what you wanted to do! I admire you very much!! Keep up the good work!

Wish me luck
