Ok, reallistically. I know I have problems but, I have for the past two days pretty much been able to completely ignore them and basically be normal. .Am handiling things well around me. Am feeling pretty much ok, other than my sinus infection bothering me. I feel like I can handle this right now. That everything is pretty much going ok and, that I have no need for therapy.

Now, I dunno if I am feeling up or if its the claritin dm ( which has that ephdrine stuff in it. had to show ID and sign a thing jus tot buy it. ) Could the medicine be making me feel this way and if so when I stop taking it will I go back to feeling blah again? Should I skip my appt. on the 6th and just wait and see how I feel in a few more weeks?

Or am i just trying to talk myself out of everything. I dunno not even sure what or if I am confused right now. Just know that I am feeling better. I have noticed that with the medicine I am wide awake, doing more, alot more energy ( side affect of medicine, I am sure. ) But, maybe what if it isn't?

Don't change a thing until after your sinus infection clears up. No need to make changes. Let your therapist give their input.

Just because you start feeling better doesn't mean it's going to last... whatever the reason for the improvement.

Good luck!

Who knows. I'd go to your appointment anyways. All things have rhythms, even depression/anxiety and other moods, etc. Either or both could just be a blip or from the meds or whatever but working on one's problems is always a good idea, never hurts.

It's hard to say but I would keep the appt. You never know if it's going to last or not.
Good luck to you,
LInda

I agree. Keep the appointment. I'd wait until I had put together an extended period of feeling better, just to make sure it stuck.

Well it was fun while it lasted.

Have been crying again today off and on, between getting agitated at some of the slightest things.

Does anyone else have problems with their memories?? I can do something and a little while later totally forgot I have done it. Or I need to do something or get something. And totally forget all about it till a little while later or several days later, I remember. I just can't seem to remember anything hardly anymore and I use to be so good and remembering everything. You know the little details. Walk in a room and can't remember why your in the room to begin with. Go to the store and get something but, not get what you really went their for. Forget to put something up over and over again, etc...And, don't get me started on remembering faces, I bump into people all the time and can't remember who they are. My husband will start talking to me and I will have no idea what he is talking about and he reminds me that we talked about the same thing earlier and I for the life of me I will have no idea what he is talking about.

yes, I have these same type of memory problems, and mine used to be better. In the last 2 years I have had several hospitalizations and ECT, so I don't know if that contributed, or if it is my current struggles.
It just drives me... well, crazy!

I do also. I had ARDS four years ago and my brain was deprived of oxygen for too long and now my short term memory is pretty much gone. I have to write everything down because if I don't, I don't remember it even happening. It's very frustrating.

Good luck,
Linda
