Dec. 5 is the first anniversary of the day I went in the hospital and almost didn't come out. Coincidentally, I have an appointment with a new hematologist (blood guy) tomorrow.
I haven't had my blood counts checked since getting off the immunosuppressant at the end of August. I have no reason to believe that anything's wrong, but, being the Anxiety Queen, I am still obsessing anyway.  Would you guys think good thoughts that I will turn out to be OK? Many people doing that might actually counteract my own ability to assume the worst till proven otherwise. This has been one scary year for me, healthwise, and for the last week or so I've been having all kinds of nightmares and stuff about it. Positive vibes greatly appreciated. thanks CB |

(((Candy)))) remember we are all dealing with our own disorders AND real life of holiday stresses etc... we didn't forget you, some of us just aren't able to concentrate on reading as much.
I understand about anniversaries...T is working to help me NOT realize them. Good wishes on a GOOD DAY!

Candy, good vibes are coming your way. Also, speak to your Dr. about using a small dose of elavil for the nightmares. It honestly works!
