woooooooohooooooooooooooo. starting next week i'll pick up 102 hours monthly......now i'm only working 60. plus i re-negoiated my salary and will be making more per hour. <><><>work changes!!<><><> i'm finally learning to stand up for myself...my work ethic, my smarts, etc. <><><>work changes!!<><><> <><><>work changes!!<><><> <><><>work changes!!<><><> (that was a new year's resolution, to not be run over money wise this year)

when i took off (the major depressive drain spiraling ordeal), i had to take a pay cut....so, i'm back and will have more per hour than i had before. seems i've been missed...... <><><>work changes!!<><><> BUT, i will be on call every other weekend. and i don't mind that at all.

to be able to buy extras and know that i can do vet visits for the pets, etc. is such a RELIEF....plus i need new tires. well, i could use new tires but my truck will get these..... <><><>work changes!!<><><>.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. (Was it Lawrence Welk who used to say that?)

This is great news, Pat, and brava for sticking up for yourself. A terrific way to start the new year.

That's a relief, I feel your excitement, we too are going through a income increase and it feels great moving up and accomplishing such great events for the new year ahead.

My goal for the year is to voice out when neccesary too, I hope to be as brave as you...congrats on the accomplishments and keep going!
