I am very happy to announce I bought a house! thank goodness I am paying cash so no house payment no more rent!! woo hoo! I close on it the 31st and move in the 3rd after cleaning it! it is a mobile home fairly new on 3 acres!!!! can you see me doing the happy dance??? lol

three acres? you lucky deviless!!
we finally escaped rent and purchased and closed this past fall. It is a huge relief to not have rent payments to worry about......unfortunately we're in a park so we have space fees and no land (other than postage stamp around home) but it is still less than half of market value rent for the space fee. Land? oh goodness you're lucky!can you take pics of some of the "estate" once you're there? we'll bet it is gorgeous.... Congrats bebop! This is a huge deal and we're very happy for you. Proud of you too for being able to manage this. Good stuff.

wohoooooooo for you!!! yeaaaaaa! im very happy for you.
that will be great. especially to have so much space to walk around in thats all yours!! you ll have somewhere to sit out on nice days and space to make snowmen in winter (if you get snow) and to plant trees and hide a bench under them so no one but the robins can see you sitting there! ooooooo have fun and good luck with the move!!

thanks everyone. I am really excited! I have a ton of trees already there so I don't have to plant any thank goodness! woo hoo!! there is a little building out back that has 2 rooms. like a little living room and a little kitchen with a bed and a back deck overlooking a pasture down at the bottom of my little hill. I can sit naked back there if I want! lol
Parker I never know if you are on or not woman! lol im me anytime to let me know you are on ok? I will post pics once I find my camera lol
