Yeah they are finding out how chronic low levels of stress hormones cause all kinds of problems throughout the body. We live in a society that promotes that chronic stress.

I have been using meditation and mindfulness for many years and it works great for stress and low level anxiety. Plus other benefits

Anxiety Disorder with some paranoid delusions thrown in for fun.

Possibly on low end of bi polar spectrum...trying to decide.

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
