I don't like a lot of tofu, but I do like little chunks of it in miso soup.

I'm with Juliana...I love refried beans! To Meat or Not to Meat?

My favourite ever gourmet burger from BurgerFuel is Tofu Combustion ... To Meat or Not to Meat?

Marinated crispy tofu with satay and avocado and salad.

OMG I want one now.

(can't thank you stupid diet)

Never heard of BurgerFuel, but I'd give that burger a try. To Meat or Not to Meat?

It is a pretty good gourmet burger franchise here and starting up in Australia at present ... they have a lot of reasonably healthy options and the ingredients are 'real' lol ... e.g. chicken burgers are grilled fillets.

Good trick if watching weight is to take the top half off the bun and not eat that (too many carbs for dinner, but the rest is reasonably nutritious for 'fast' food). A lot of my gym bunny friends tend to do that.

Unfortunately there is a Burgerfuel just across the road from work ... and I have to stay late tonight ... *sob*

I feel like I can smell it ... lol ...

Awww!!!

Some diets, and that includes Suzanne Somers' dietary plan, tell you to avoid bread and whatnot, and removing the whole bun of a burger, and eating it like that. But I love the bread!

It's rather Atkins-esque really.

I just go for the compromise - only have half the bread.

This week has been fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, fruit for lunch, almonds to snack on, lots of green tea, and salad or vegetables with fish / tuna for dinner. No alcohol.

I don't know if I can last till I get home at 10pm tonight for food though *sob* I might break and get something before then (healthy food is at home To Meat or Not to Meat? )

I just find scheduling food irritating. There might be best times to eat certain things, but I don't want to focus that much on my food. I'd prefer to just eat healthy stuff most of the time, and the unhealthier stuff once in a while.
