YIPES!!!

Got all kinds of aches and pains from the base of my skull all the way down my back. Gonna have it checked out. Jerry says he's fine, but he hit is neck on the back of his back/head rest, too. I'm gonna have him get checked out, too.

Everybody's right. It gets worse as time goes on.

Got a call in to my Dr 'cause I can't do waiting in the ER or Urgent Care waiting rooms. Too many illegals with snotty nosed brats! Hoping my Dr will send me over to get X-rays where I don't have to do much waiting.

It sounds very upsetting. The hit-and-run part is as distressing as being injured. I hope the injury is not long-lasting and that insurance arrangements go smoothly.

This is so tough! I KNOW my ins co delayed care for me waiting for me to be in a car accident so they could claim that my current injuries were partly from that too and they wouldn't have to cover them ...

I am so glad you aren't more seriously injured. Maybe you had your head rest adjusted correctly and it prevented any permanent damage?

Hope you can get a newer car now... rather than sit with that limping Miata.

The head rests on the Miata don't adjust; they are part of the back of the seat. Ideally, the middle of my head should have hit the middle of the head rest. It kept me from getting true whiplash, but it sure messed up my spine. It hurts from the base of my skull all the way down. I have a nerve that gets pinched at C7 and the Lumbar vertebrae are deteriorating. My arms are hurting and so are my hips and thighs.

I should know something more definite today. Going for x-rays. Don't know how this is going to affect my Disability. It's not only messing with my back, it's messing with my Anxiety. Guess I'll play it by ear...

Hey Tomi... do you have a free lawyer consult number you can call, just to ask if there's any special way to handle this? I hate to see ppl get messed up totally because of something like this...

What about MRIs??? Xrays don't usually show all the damage. Do you have baseline films to show the increased damage if any?
