So, i havent been on here in awhile. But these past couple weeks have been exasperating. I need some kind of help but im not sure what. Since i dont have a pdoc this is really my only option. For a little over a month i didnt have any episodes, then they started to come back. Few and far between at first. But now, its becoming an almost everyday thing. The 23rd was the worst. I literally have no memory of that day ever happening, but from what my wife tells me, i was isolating and hostile to anyone who tried talking to me. Today im more irritable than usual. I think alot of that has to do with racing thoughts. I feel like im loosing control again. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do? Im just really confused right now.

At bear minimum would make appt at my family doc/gp.
Might recommend a therapist or meds if you're open to them. Take care. |

you could start with a crisis like ne and they could help you find out where to start.
If you have a psychological emergency room or just a regular ER they could also help you get started and maybe start meds. ( although I'd recommend if at all possible go to an ER on a weekday morning for the shortest wait and least crowded time of day...and some what calmer and easier no to get overwhelmed by too much activity. __________________ Nammu …Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
