There is no forum for Anger Management, and I'm sure the other members,at least some would agree that I need help with my Anger problems.I try to control my anger the best I can but when I am the target of so many others anger here at home,it's hard for me not to get angry myself.I used to have my anger under control, until I returned to Utah, and my Dad died.My Dad had a lot of influence over me,and kept me calm, and happy to be with him here, but once he was gone.My family just went crazy on me,and started trying to get me to kill myself so they wouldn't have to split my Dad's life insurance with me,and when I didn't do it,they got even worse, and they just won't stop.My Mom continuously torures me both verbally and physically(when we go to the store, physically),and then my neighbors torture me to,so my anger isn't just coming out of nowhere.Being sick for 2 1/2 years and the Dr.'s not being able to figure out what is wrong,is also adding to it,plus being so far from my friends in California, where I'm from, and the beach that keeps me calm.Just try to understand I took care of my anger problem I was raised and taught by my mother growing up.This anger I have now Is situational! I'm doing the best I can! I Need Help With Anger Management!

My older brother was the power of attorney, and he fired the real attorney, and stole most of the money for himself, and gave us younger kids about $3,000.00 like 2 years ago,so it's already spent ,bills and stuff. And I used a chunk of it to get my Little Nico! But thanks for the suggestion!

Can you check to see if there are any Anger Management classes in your area?
Some sort of Anger site might be a good idea. Then again it might get to out of control. Wonder what kind of rules you would have for such a site. Sorry, I seem to rambling.
Hang in there Justice.

No anger forum, but right now in the Sharing Self Help forum, there is a thread going through DrClay's book, covering the chapter on Anger and aggression! The links are there, in case you have trouble finding the free book online to read. I think the material is excellent.

I have less strength now to deal with fighting the harrassment with my neighbors and my family, cause now I have to deal with certain people being rude to me here to!For nothing, just for writing something they didn't like.I'm way to physically sick to just get out of the house for awhile, this is all I have.I needed the support, but I will get banned if I stick up for myself. Thank you Pickle for the Hug,and the kind words of encouragement. I am working very hard on controlling my temper, and I've got it pretty under control right now. I found a way to avoid the neighbors that are harrassing me.
I reached out to one of my brothers that I get along with.He gets annoying at times, but we went to the store and I brought him a suger free Strawberries and Cream Pepsi(a nice cold one)! He had been out in the heat most of the day so far doing a yard sale, and he's Diabetic. We had a nice talk, and laughed about a few things, and he told me him and his wife and daughter were getting ready to move back to Texas. His wife's job wasn't working out up here in Utah,so they were moving back home where her family is,and her old job, and his old job that he really enjoyed. So when he dropped me off,I gave him a couple more cold drinks to take back with him to his yard sale, so his wife could have one to. He wanted to convince her how good they were so she'd buy some, they were on sale-4 12packs Pepsi products for $11.00! That's what he was taking me to buy!
So we had a nice time, and a few laughs together which we hadn't had for awhile. It was fun.I Need Help With Anger Management!
I just had the idea that if I got out of the house for a bit, it might help me calm down a little. I Need Help With Anger Management!
It worked to! I felt much better when I got back, and was more relaxed. I think I've been getting some cabin fever from being sick for so long.
