well i got denied for ssi/disabilty.... they said that im in fair condition and that i can work... they suggest me to get a job that i dont have to deal with the public.... thanks alot for no help...... damn gov.. ..... maybe its for the best.. cause i do want to start my own business.. so im gonna try what u guys suggest and put up fliers and stuff for dog sitting and dog walking.... and my b/fs mom is getting my job back at the waffle house working weekends as a greeter..... trying to keep a positive attitude here......

get an attorney and appeal it. now that you have the denial you can do that. good luck

oh also tell the attorney about ss canceling your appt with their dr. that would make a good case I think too since they didn't give an independant the opportunity to check you out

yeah im not gonna apeal it ....... i believe everything happens for a reason .... and im trying real hard to belive that everythings gonna work out.....

same thing happened to me-denied. Like Bebop said...get a good Attorney. One that only focuses on Social sec. disability. Good luck!!
My friend has MS and she can barely walk-yep-they denied her. She is now apealing...however, she went into a deep depression. Try to keep your chin up!

yeah my moms been denied twice... and she had a lawyer... shes gona apeal once again... i just dont want to have to go through all that...... if i push myself ill be ok......

I agree -- you should be very proud of yourself for having such a good, positive attitude and setting new goals for yourself.
