for I am working out some feelings, that I need to work on..
I have been asked not to post "triggering " thoughts because it could cause harm to others, so I will not do that any more..
I am wroking on it on my own, till I get it done and ask Doc's permssion to post it..

I will not trigger anyone any more.
I will not hurt anyone anymore
I am sorry for doing this so publicy, but this is the only way I see I can do this, and be safe for all....

I knwo a great deal of you on here care..

But some of the things I am writitng in my off line journal are even triggering for me to read over again.. So I knwo they would trigger even some of the best of you on here..
And I would never want to do that to you..

Sorry you have to go through all this. I think a lot of us are going through hard times right now. Heck, I think that's why we're all here. I've been worried about posting something triggering lately. I thought about PM's Doc and asking if what I was saying was okay and not going to give anybody "ideas". I hope that nobody takes any of my posts the wrong way or uses what I write the wrong way. Something I still worry about. My hugs go out to you and I hope to still see plenty of you around--if not in original posts, then perhaps replies. Maybe even in chat.

I went on a small journey today, and found a wonderful place to think, so I maybe on the right track to a good start on finding the inner deamon I am figthing agian..
