I didn't know where to put this topic, not a single area seemed right.
but for now it can go here
Possible trigger:
I just want to know, and I know it's probably really difficult to describe something like a hug. but me not knowing.. i'm sort of embarrassed by it |

When I accomplish something (for example, take a walk) I hug myself. I literally wrap my arms around my own body and squeeze. At the same time I tell myself (out loud) 'Good job!'
