Do you think my new avatar is scary?

I like her. She reminds me of the movie BabyJane. When I was a teenager I was watching the movie with my Mom and my sister (Baby Yum Yum) and Mom said that I (Baby *****) reminded her of Baby Jane~ you know, the crazy one with the messed up make up and hair. I remember getting upset about that but thinking to myself~well, since Bette Davis is playing Baby Jane, then that's cool, I guess 'cause I really like Bette Davis. And it cracked me the hell up at the end when it was the "GOOD" sister who was the PSYCHO. Like Baby Yum Yum was but Mom just didn't see it. So, I got a great big laugh out of that and laughed at my Mom and my sister because it was true to life but of course, they didn't appreciate it as much as I did.
Anyway~she's my Baby Jane.

Yeah, I find it morbid... but if this is where you are in your journey, then so be it. Looking forward to when you are comfortable with changing it.

Thanks for your honesty, Sept. I am in a funky place right now although I don't think it's morbid. I think I'm playing with how others see me and how I see myself at times. I thought it may be disturbing to some members on here which is why I wanted to at least explain it. I'm not ready to change it yet, though. It just feel right to me right now.

No, I asked because I wanted feedback and the feedback I'm getting is worst then the worst I thought I'd recieve. I don't feel comfortable being seen as morbid or disturbing. That's NOT who I am. I thought it was self depreciating humor but it's not coming across that way to others.
I like my new avatar anyway.

I actually saw this on a bumper sticker awhile back and it cracked me up. I was really happy to find that I could use it as an avatar.

I couldn' t make out much of the first one, other than the dark eyes, and then reading your explanation. I like this second one better...great!
