Beth,
I hope you can take some time for yourself & sort out all the thoughts you have been going through. I hope you have been able to get your Fathers house fixed up after the storms while you were away. You have a lot going on in your life...If you need anything, I'm here.....but I understand, there are times when we just have to sort through out thoughts without everyone throwing more thoughts at you. Thanks guys. I dont know that I am feeling better... but more that I am using an old tool I used to use alot called the mask. I tried letting myself feel what I needed to feel. But it causes such great anxiety and panic attacks that it wears me out. I dont feel everything will be ok ever again. And I am not sure where to go from here on what I have to deal with. I am just trying my best to survive for now. Trying not to cut, trying not to want to do anything to myself that would cause any harm. Just trying my very best to be ok and to breath. Thank you for respecting my space and understanding. I keep telling myself to hold on till tomorrow... everyday.

I think I know some of the feelings you are going through. I know that there are things that happen or experiences that I have in my life that jog my thinking & I know that I will never be the same again. When things like that happen, it makes me aware that I am in need of some serious changes.......but what are they???? What is the experience trying to tell me???? When this happens, I realize that God has planted a seed in my mind....letting me know that I am in need of something. This is when I have to open my mind.....my thoughts.....& let things take shape. I have found that this can take years......months......days.....hours...minutes. I never know when the right answer will come to me. I try to be open to many different thoughts (which at times can be totally confusing). But in the long run, I can usually define what it is that is bothering me & then end up defining several different options of how to take care of the problem. When I had all my alone time while in KY.....that was when I was able to look back at my life & see how this occured throughout my life. Sometimes we need that alone time to look into our thoughts without being interrupted by the things that are constantly bothering us. Unfortunately, that alone time is sometimes difficult to have.....but it is important because it is then when we can hear our thoughts more clearly. It is important to give yourself the time that you need to define what you need to deal with & then how to deal with it.....but remember....that can take a lot of time. I personally believe that God guides me during these times.....continuing to give me the thoughts necessary to do the things necessary to continue living the life he has given me. I pray that you will hold on & gain strength each day until you are provided with the thoughts that will guide you to know what you have to deal with & then how to deal with it. I hope this makes some kind of sense. It is something that only my alone time gave me insight into in my own life....doesn't mean it's the answer for everyone. My prayers are with you, Debbie

Debbie... right now.. I am not even concerned so much with where I am going in life. I'm just worried about the here and now for right now. Thank you for taking the time in wanting to help me analyze things. I will toggle this thread and look back on it when I am able to absorb and think about it better. Right now my head is spinning in a thousand different directions and i am feeling absolutely lost . TC and Hugz

Yes, organize those thoughts. Even if you don't "think" about them, try writing everything down somehow. Some people use lists, some just write phrases or poetry type comments. Whatever works for you... but don't feel you have to decide anything as you list them. Often, just clearing them out of your active memory helps to feel some relief. (It's like you don't have to keep them active to remember them, you have them written somewhere.) TC
