I have no idea what is actually wrong with me, I've never been able to get diagnosed so I have just been asking random strangers for help which just makes the list larger and It doesn't help but I will list some of the answers I've received.

Depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, and Puberty.
I've had suicidal thoughts and I've self-harmed when I get overwhelmed or confused I will roll myself into a ball clutch my head and bite my lip while crying. I hate myself so much that It is hard to put into words and I just don't understand anymore...Sure it could be puberty but for some reason, I don't want that it's almost like I want a disorder I do want one and that's horrible because I wouldn't wish it on anyone ever!...besides on myself...

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think puberty includes suicidal feelings. Emotional instability, yes. Suicide - is a horse of a different color though. Bipolar cannot (to my knowledge) be diagnosed until you are well into your 20s or early 30s. The symptoms you described though can be a variety of different things ... and it may be you have one thing, more than one, or are just way too stressed and it's overloading you so to speak. So really, the only way to know is to get yourself checked.

Hello OkatuLory: I'm afraid I can't help you with your diagnosis. However I see this is your first post here on PC. So... to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! May the time you spend here be of benefit.

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling right now. It sounds to me like you might be in your teens. Have you spoken to your parents about this? I think it's very important that you see a medical professional to start, who can rule out physical causes, and then see a therapist. If this doesn't seem feasible to you, can you reach out to a counselor in your school? The Social Worker that worked in my daughter's school was very helpful when she was struggling. But please do reach out to someone.

I'm homeschooled so I can't go to a counselor and my parents only know that I am having problems and cutting myself, But they don't think I need to go to a therapist.

You're cutting - but shouldn't see a therapist?

Please either show your post or talk with your parents. I would encourage you to go to a psychiatrist for an accurate diagnosis and then take it from there.

You really do need some outside help. Do you have another relative that can help you talk to your parents? Getting therapy now is very important.

Yeah, you need to see a therapist.. I know it's hard, but please, try to tell your parents.
