I have no idea what is actually wrong with me, I've never been able to get diagnosed so I have just been asking random strangers for help which just makes the list larger and It doesn't help but I will list some of the answers I've received.
Depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, and Puberty. I've had suicidal thoughts and I've self-harmed when I get overwhelmed or confused I will roll myself into a ball clutch my head and bite my lip while crying. I hate myself so much that It is hard to put into words and I just don't understand anymore...Sure it could be puberty but for some reason, I don't want that it's almost like I want a disorder I do want one and that's horrible because I wouldn't wish it on anyone ever!...besides on myself... |

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think puberty includes suicidal feelings. Emotional instability, yes. Suicide - is a horse of a different color though. Bipolar cannot (to my knowledge) be diagnosed until you are well into your 20s or early 30s. The symptoms you described though can be a variety of different things ... and it may be you have one thing, more than one, or are just way too stressed and it's overloading you so to speak. So really, the only way to know is to get yourself checked.

Please either show your post or talk with your parents. I would encourage you to go to a psychiatrist for an accurate diagnosis and then take it from there.

You really do need some outside help. Do you have another relative that can help you talk to your parents? Getting therapy now is very important.

Yeah, you need to see a therapist.. I know it's hard, but please, try to tell your parents.
