WOW... I always felt there was something "strange" about Senaed O'Connor but that was before I knew about mental illness.

I do recognize some of the symptoms in my husband but they are rare. The rage is the scariest. He never knows when it's going to pop up out of nowhere and it's over before he realizes what happened.

The pdoc he saw put him on incredible amounts of Depakote which just totally had him knocked out for days. He isn't taking any meds for it now.

At age 68, he's made up his mind he's going to learn how to surf. He's looking to spend about $300 on a 10 ft surfboard... when he could be putting that money towards fixing the RV. He complains all the time that I never leave him enough money to fix it up. HA! He takes care of his own finances and so do I! Today on Oprah Am I recognizing a pattern here? I don't know... I hope it was a good show. She seems to have been off on a path lately, glad to see she might be coming back on a good one imo.

as far as i can gather sinead o'connor has a lot of personal issues to resolve for herself. probably mental health related but not sure if bipolar is the entire reason. she has gone from 'normal' but angry to being a nun to being gay to being now bipolar. i think she has a lot of issues and i dont know but personally doubt she has seen any professional about it. i feel bad for her but am suspicious about anything she comes up with or 'admits' to.
for myself i with hold any judgment etc of her and am just waiting for her to finally feel comfortable in her own skin, despite or with the aid of her incredibly superb singing voice.
just my thoughts!

I saw the show and thought it was very good. I was triggered a couple of times and tried to clean while watching it to kind of keep my mind of the seriousness of the show.
