is anyone watching or did you watch Oprah today? wow! it sure makes me open my eyes to my issues. weight, self esteem, etc. wow.

I don't normally watch it either but for some reason today I did. again wow! it was about why people are doing the things they do. ie: be anorexic, overweight, gossip, etc. I was so moved by it and the things they were saying because it hit home so bad for me. maybe I didn't realize how low my self esteem really is or how bad I dislike myself. eye opening for sure.

I watched it and it was a great show. I have become a bit of a Dr. Phil nut lately.

It comes on again in about half an hour from now for me. I don't watch Oprah often, but I catch it if it's convenient and it interests me--same with Dr. Phil. I don't like or agree with a lot of things Oprah and Dr. Phil espouse, but they're not always wrong. Most people aren't always wrong.
