Which forum is best just for nonsensical rants? While I love the attention that putting it in General creates, I am not sure it is always the best place, and sometimes, the specialty forums don't apply.

Do you think we could start a "babbler's forum," (or some other name) for just such rants?

Sometimes, I get so angry at the state of things, that a good rant might help relieve some of the pent up frustrations I feel. You know, the rants that no one IRL are all that keen on hearing.

Hi. Where to go just to vent

You can "rant" and ask for support in most all the forums. For instance, if your rant is mostly about ppl not hearing you, Relationships would be a good place. If it's mostly about the depression or anxiety you're feeling, one of those might be good.

Most of my rants can fit into relationships in some form.

I hope that helps. Where to go just to vent

I was kinda thinking about the things I read in newspaper, or about unjustices one hears about that are too difficult to deal with in my own mind and heart. These would be things that no one could really explain away or help provide relief from.

Oh wait! I guess blogging would take care of that, wouldn't it? I guess my rants and raves don't actually have to be heard(read) - it just feels better when someone does.

Darn, AS, I was going to suggest blogging :-)

I don't do news and newspapers anymore because they're almost like reading the tabloids these days. All the world may be a stage but I'm tired of all the two-bit actors trying to be on it at once :-)
