I had a bad case of depression from Christmas till.....New Year's Eve. I started feeling much better on New Year's Eve and I have no clue why but I'm very glad about it.

It's always strange how my depression hits me really hard for a few days and then disappears without my having taken any particular steps to get rid of it. Maybe posting about it here a few days ago helped me more than I realized.

Happy New Year to all!

(((Ozzie))) I am glad you shared with us. Yes, I think it can help to know that you aren't alone, and that others at least KNOW what we are going through, and give that understanding hug.

Feeling Better Already Stick around, there's more good stuff here for you!
