I think that place might be able to do something for this person if they try but I doubt whether they have the desire to get past their games. Just my opinion ...

I think unless someone actually REALLY WANTS help, then there is no way that they will win their battle against a mental illness etc. Its the same if you want to quit smoking. If people keep pestering you about quitting and you know its best if you do, GENERALLY most people who try, don't quit.

I think 'Joe' needs help. That's obvious.
I went to that forum and read all of his posts. Its unfortunate that you did post there Darkeyes becaue that little bug has now found himself a whole new lot of 'friends' to watch his back and think your the horrible green goblin. Oh how this world works, I will never understand.

It just makes me narky. Oh yes...we should all endevour to help our fellow friends who have a sickness. But how can you help someone who doesn't want help? He needs a good kick up the cracker (just to make me feel better) and some decent therapy. The kind where he's not allowed to please his fetishes. I think there's a lot more behind 'Joe' then we will ever know. He's truly a sick sick man.

*shrugs*
Yep...... Your a good person Darkeyes. Perhaps a little to trusting and unfortunately this nut caused you pain. But now at least we've all learnt a lesson. Only help those who want to get help. Those who don't, will only play around.

Take care
*hugs*

LOL - you all really are great!!! When I came here and did exactly the same thing you (especially Ms. Darkeyes) blasted me to hell. I was polite and appropriate and you told me to go away, to stop "flaming" the board! You told me to leave poor Joe alone , YADA YADA YADA But of course Im sure your motivations for explaining his abuse of the board were much more altrustic and professional than mine.

Ah well - a little different when the shoes on the other foot, huh?

In case you have forgotten Lorin, I did apologize to you and thanked you after we saw his true colours, I hope you haven't forgotten, I was nice in my last PM to you, and still appreciate your informative post after we caught on.
Thanks again,
"darkeyes"

PS You have to realize I make mistakes too, I am only human just like anyone else here.

I'm sorry -first of all - you dont deserve that kind of response from them or me. I should have been more understanding. it hurts when people attack like that. it also hurts when people are false with you when you put yourself out for them and let your guard down. we are both victims of that from joe, as are many many other people.

i did not get a pm or didnt read it or i would not have responded as i did. hope everything stays well for all of you - will stay out of your hair now

i
take care

I'd be much more happier if this whole post by me would have been left in the past, I have "moved" on and wish to let this whole matter rest.
Anyone who should happen to come across my original post, just disregard, as if I never wrote it, I should have had this DELETED back then.
Take care, I hope others like I have, learned that "moving on" can be a good thing

In giving advice seek to help, not please your friend

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
