I just feel tired alot, fatigued and very flat.
Tired of trying to justify the effort and failing. I just want to stop. |

HUGS. I'm sorry you are feeling tired a lot. Have you had any blood work done lately? Lots of things (besides mental health) can cause fatigue. Might be useful to rule out anything physical. Just a suggestion, for what it is worth. HUGS Kit

If you're in my region of the world these weather conditions are feeling endless. I'd like to crawl into bed and stay there until I'm absolutely sure it's spring.

I'm on the west coast and as much as I like the rain, it's been fostering an atmosphere of introspection that been frankly excessive.

I like a day or 2 of rain. This is excessive. I, too, long for sunny days and green hills.
