Today is Apollo's check-up with the vet. He's been doing wonderfully. For his last two appointments we have scheduled with the vet at the clinic who did not do his surgeries. I feel much more at ease with him. The vet who did Apollo's surgeries has taken wonderful care of him, and I would not hesitate putting either of my boys in her hands. She's just not quite as personable. And I think I associate her with the delivery of bad news. I don't anticipate any major news today, but please keep Apollo in your thoughts.

For those who don't know Apollo, he is my 7-year old kitty. He was diagnosed with salivary gland cancer in October 2006 and we were told he would be with us for a few months. Well here we are well over one year later. vet appointment His picture is in the gallery!

aww! I'll pray for kitty! My maine coon died from pancreatitus (sp) in 06 at the age of 5. It was brought on by too many shots given to her when she was a kitten. Poor thing. I love too see other peoples animals beat the odds, It makes me feel better about losing mine.
