Like a second ago. I was so happy that I was in this place now. Suddenly I am completely lost
I don’t know what to do here. I don’t know what to say. But I will try My mom is to control me a lot When I was younger This has led to a lot of problems For example, I need someone to tell me what to do and then I will come rebellious Which is why I am feeling quite lost in life. I need to set some goals and I don’t know where to start. I hope I can do it please. God bless me so that I will be able to do something and hugs for all of you. |

I really suggest DBT, especially the emotion regulation module. I struggle with the same and I'm finding it really helpful

Sorry, it's dialectical behavioral therapy. It's just a type of therapy centered around mindfulness that helps people with their emotions and behaviors.
