Hey All,
Am planning a trip to Vermont to stay at the Weston Priory with the St. Benedictine monks. I will join them in prayer/meditation and meals. The rest of the time I will be able to walk around the sanctuary at leisure. I also have the option to join in their work if I so choose. I'm excited. No computers, no cell phones, no pressures...

Curious to know if this kind of trip creeps you out or interests you?
Love,
Okie

I'm sorry Okie.. I had to say it lol. I think it sounds great. Like Sabbywabbywoohoo said.. just a place to let yourself be. No pressures or anything. I dont think there is a better thing you could do for yourself right now than this. It will really help you to focus on things. Good for you for making this step! Cant wait to hear how it went when you get back!

Okie!!!!!!! Sounds awesome.

You'll have to tell us a bit about how it went when you get back... it sounds like a great experience to get away from it all and look at life from another perspective.

Sounds great - sometimes it's a good idea just to get away from everything and have time to think.

Hope you have a wonderful time.
