I spend most of my days alone. I don't like to go out in public unless I have to. I have bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder along with a number of other health issues. I do not work because it is too stressful for me. I hope this community can help me. Please write to me. Maybe I won't be so lonely.

I don't care what we talk about, but I am especially interested in others who have experienced the things I have with my mental illness.

(((((((((( Frances)))))))))) safe hugs if thats ok. I feel your pain. Been where you are many times. And its not fun or easy. I think once you start posting and getting things out , you'll find it easier to see your not alone. And believe me, I think your gonna make alot of nice friends here.

Hello Hello welcome to PC...There are alot of great people on here so I know you will makes friends!! Lonely I too have anxiety and stay to myself...I hate going out unless I have to...hope we both can get over this...

why dont u consider taking a pet like a dog ?
that way you get to go outside on a regular basis
