i'm going from bad to worse

this is getting worse by the hour. i don't know what to do, where to turn and still no cat. i can't deal with my life right now. i don't know how. i've never been this stressed,confused or down. i don't even know what is acceptable to say anymore here.

i need somebody to reach out their hand to me but maybe ive waited to long ad your paticne has run out. im sorry.. i have nowhere else to turn. is somebody still willing to help help me with all this torment in my life right now.

You need more help at this point than I can provide. Have you called your T? Have you considered walking into an ER? I know you're afraid of being admitted inpatient, but I've been there myself and that's likely -- it seems to me -- the best environment for getting the intensive kind of support you obviously need.
