I had started taking it.... and did OK for a few weeks, and then ended up developing the stomach issues. Not pleasant at all. Even now.. every once in awhile I'll try taking some time-released magnesium that I have, and usually it... quickly clears me out, to put it nicely.
The worst thing is, I think I need it... but I don't tolerate it at all. I tried one of the sprays for a short while (to try to absorb thru the skin) - but I'm not sure how effective that actually is. |
