Yep...that is if he feels like it. My cat, Sora, will sleep just about anywhere. On chairs, under chairs, my bed, the floor, the bathroom floor, under my bed...he'll sleep anywhere except his bed. X3

And he'll always find a way to make it difficult for me to sleep in my bed. He'll lay right in the middle so I've got to wake him up and move him so I can sleep. ^^;
Thanks for this!

Nooooo! We have a boxer and he's a big bed hogger. The cat sleeps with us but he can cause a restless sleep sometimes when in the middle of the night he decides to do his kneading on our legs or back.

Why do huge dogs think they're lap dogs, and small dogs think they're huge?

I found this picture of my parents' dog, Kayla sleeping in bed with my dad. I couldn't resist sharing it! As you can see from this pic, Kayla sure loves beds!!

awww sooo cute my cat gypsey used to sleep next to me...... i would wake up in the morning with ehr staring into my eyes as i opened them - there would be these huge golden eyes and her purring at me..... i miss her - but i stil have Cisco and he has lots of beds and uses them only when i decide to throw them out lol

he will sleep length ways across the bed .... and i will end up hanging off the edge of the bed - lol he should really be a tiger not a cat! - thankyou fo this thread - it made me smile

I used to find my cat, Tigger sprawled across my pillow in my bunk bed when I had one there was a picture of my twin asleep wth him curled around her head because I wasn't there at the time. He LOVED sleeping in bed with me and would curl up at my feet, or around my head or sneak underneath my arm for a cuddle at night.

Oh how I miss those days and that cat! He loves his cuddles and I bet he sure misses my bed! It makes me happy to think of those days

I adopted my first cat this past Feb., Morris. He is about two years old. He sleeps right next to me. And he has from the first night I brought him home. He has to be touching me at all times too. I wouldn't be able to sleep (when and if I do) without him there. And when I am having a BiPolar day he is right there with me. I never thought I could love another pet like I did my dog Megan, who I had to put down several years ago. I am glad I was wrong! Take care everyone!
Thanks for this!

Yeah my black jack russell sleeps on the top of the covers at the foot of the bed. He sometimes gets rowdy and hogs all the room but then I just kick him off before letting him get back on, 1 minute later!

I my doggy

My 2 dogs and 3 cats sometimes allow my husband and I in our bed. They think of it as their bed. We are just visitors. I cannot tell you how many times my husband and I have tippy-toed to bed around our 85 lb. dog to beat her to the bed.
Thanks for this!

My dog of 9 years has almost always slept with me. But with her age, I think it's getting harder for her to get up and down, so a lot of the time she opts for the blanket next to the bed. Usually she'll spend the first 10 minutes or so on my bed and then move down to her own bed. When we first got my daughter's puppy (of course the puppy has to sleep on the bed!) my old girl got jealous and slept my the bed for about 4 nights straight. But after that I think she figured the new puppy wasn't going anywhere so she went back to the floor. I even bought them each their own beds...and the big old dog decided she liked the small bed better, so she curled up tight in the little bed and the puppy got to stretch out in the big bed! After we lost our daughter's puppy, my old dog didn't sleep in their beds for over a week! It was touching.
Thanks for this!

Hi ~~
I also have a small beautiful dog. Miss Liberty Belle is an 8 year old longhaired miniature dachshund. She allows me to live with her.

I have had her since she was 10 weeks. When she was younger there was no question whether or not she slept in my bed. She had to stop about 3 years ago when she lost all use of her hind legs for approx. 4 months. She had a spinal injury common to dachshunds because of the structure of their spine; the vet wanted to put her down (he thought there was no hope for her)and I would in no way do that unless she was in chronic pain. She had a two wheeled cart and got along fine.

When she did improve I was afraid of her jumping off of the bed. I purchased a small ramp between the floor and the bed for her....but she has never liked it and never came back to the bed...I miss those days. sigh.

She is my everything to me. My sons are in their 30's and I'm divorced so I really dote on her and I love and enjoy her every minute of it.......I just want her back in my bed!
Thanks for this!
