here i am, sitting on the forums- having a massive overeating spre.

sweets, biscuits, crisps... my desk is littered with food- dam and i thought i was doing so well with eating an actual hot meal, too

Have you considered overeaters anonymous? It's a great support program and they have meetings online and face to face.

In the mean time, find someone for accountability, who you can be honest with about your overeating.

i hope i can just do the online meetings and i'm not obbligated to go to the face to face meetings
