My eating's been out of control again this week. I don't know what's wrong or why I feel this compulsion to eat almost all the time...

as soon as my tum got better, polished off the last (or rather, the rest) of all the jelly beans

their was me watching tv, my right hand in the tub of jelly beans pulling out about 6 at a time and just eating them all at once, making my jaw get stuck

that lasted for a good hour and a half until they were all gone

now i've ordered more and started on a great big bag of potato chips- not sure if i explained, in sted of buying packets of potato chips like the little ones, i just buy huge bags with just the chips in 1 bag and eat them
i've eaten some meals, i had some toad in the hole this week, and i have some chicken wings.

but all in all, i don't think it could ever make up for what i'm doing to myself before and after

the embarrassment continues.. i got through that big bag of potato chips in 2 hours

plus sausages

plus scampi and chips

today i swear, just regular, cooked food (in the form of roast beif)

i at least want a few good days before my new tub of jelly beans (4 lbs) arive

Hi Y'all. Somebody gave me an apple pie! I ate half of it last night and threw the rest out the window for the birds. lol. The birds had a feast this morning.

uggggg!

will i ever get the balance right?

so i stuck to what i said yesterday.. just the roast dinner, but oh my god i was starving!. seriously!. not eating anything until half 5, then nothing for the rest of the night takes it's toll

good day, but now lack of food... when will i get it right.... ugg

Hi SS. Have you tried eating a few small meals plus a larger main meal? Just wondering? I have fruit on hand for when I get hungry.

Going to a cookout soon. I know they are going to have lots of food there. Scary.

wishing she could just eat lless.

all these potato chips and chocolate bars.. it's barely a good diet

trying to fit regular meals in too, but i'm just not hungry enough for them (i mean the junk food fills me up before i even eat a good regular meal)

and regular meals this week have so far taken the shape of chicken nuggets, a 10 inch pizza and beef burgers in a bun. hardly breaking the record for being the most healthy person.

Why don't you have what you want then? I think it's good to eat what we like but we can eat sensible portions if that makes any sense.

Oh, me too. I don't even think there is a KFC anywhere near here. It's been about 6 years since I've had it. 😳

not a good day.
it's bad enough having so much junk food you feel that you're going to pop, but it's even worse when you find out that actually, you're still hungry despite eating enough to feed 4 armies

food for today:

sausages

some waffles

a bag of chili sensations potato chips

quite a bit of jelly beans from another big tub i ordered

a pack of 24 mint chocolate clubs

jelly tots (more on order)

biscuits

chicken nuggets and hash browns

a chocolate orange

i used to know someone who would deliver me it when they went up town

but now i don't know them and can't get to the store myself because of my agoraphobia

Last night was my second attempt and fail at staying within calories and I ended up almost tripling my calories. 6000.... I tried to control myself and wait to eat maybe vegetables when I got home from work but something in me took over and I ended up buying junk food and pasta. Wish I could just be satisfied with a yogurt or something.sometimes I forget what I'm doing.

OK, i guess, because I've been having a lot of nausea lately. I never know whether food will help it or make it worse. I hope you're having some good success today.

ugggg nausea is horrible

hope it passes soon, any idea what caused it?

i went on another binge today (jellybeans mostly), but i got my weekly roast dinner in too

still hungry so i'm probably going to go back to the beans

I'm not sure what causes it, but I completely agree with you - i can handle almost anything except nausea. A pharmacist a few years ago told me that sweet things make nausea go away, so ever since then I told myself I can have sugar when I'm nauseated, lol. So I eat candy or drink pop, etc.
