To help manage my health a bit better, I'm trying to reconnect to healthy foods and habits that I actually enjoy:

Activity: leisurely walking is nice
swimming
shopping (window shopping/walking)
playing w/kids or pets
walking someone else's dog

Foods:
pineapple
strawberries
blueberries
pears
apples
pear gorgonzola salad
walnut/blue cheese salad
southwest chicken salad
asparagus roasted with sesame oil and sesame seeds
lean meats
almonds
beef jerky
greek yogurt
oatmeal
tempeh/sometimes tofu
ginger tea
red peppers with hummus
red pepper soup
tomato basil soup

What healthy things are actually attractive to you?

I absolutely love working out, due to knee/foot injuries, I haven't been allowed to do any running or jumping for five years, but I love to take long and pretty rapid walks in the morning and to do Pilates.

I also love vegetable/bean stews, most nuts or seeds, vegetables, whole wheat bread with sliced vegetables, yogurt, fruit - most of my binges are actually on "healthy" foods. While I do crave ice cream and chocolate from time to time, the most common one is an absurd amount of healthy food.

I love hiking. Haven't done it much at all in the last 2.5 years or so, don't have the energy or the will. And I was an avid weight lifter, jogger and calisthenics...doer... for years and years, no matter my mental state, until I got physically ill and stopped. One day I'd like to take it up again, but I'm so out of shape now I just can't find the will to whip my body back in shape.

Food wise, I love the following:
Carrots
celery
kale
arugula
spinach
chick peas
kefir
greek yogurt
green tea
strawberries
blue berries
mangos
ALLLL apples
kiwi fruit
plumbs
pears
tomatoes
black beans
asparagus...mmmmm
cucumbers
garlic
almons
cashews
pistachios
flaxseeds
pumpkin seeds
BANANAS!!!
tangelos
black berries
quinoa
smoked salmon
red peppers
bell peppers
ground turkey
pangasius fish
Thanks for this!

Garbanza beans
stewed tomatoes
bell peppers
chicken breasts
Flounder
Cod
Salmon
Asparagus
broccoli salad recipe: Frozen broccoli, chopped celery, red onions, red beans, craisins and balsamic vinegar
strawberry yogurt
chocolate flavored whey protein powder
strawberries
blueberries
plums
apples
whole grain crackers
hummus
salsa (red or green peppers)
very lean pork chops
green beans

I love weight lifting but finding the motivation to do it is hard.

As far as healthy food, I could probably get by the rest of my life eating:
sweet potatoes
oven roasted broccoli and carrots (the burnt broccoli actually tastes sweet)
kiwi
salmon patties

Me three!
I love to walk. But I have gained so much weight that I have developed serious back/hip issues that make it nearly impossible to sustain any length of time walking. Let alone anything else. I hate it. But I keep hoping that one of these days I will move past the fear and the pain and get back into it. I know that if I do it now, I can achieve physical comfort again. It's just going to be difficult for awhile.
Yoga. I really love yoga. I love being in my body, feeling the stretching. Stretching feels so incredibly good.
Dancing! And exercise classes! Basically I love working up a sweat. But other than walking, which ironically I prefer to do alone and outside, I prefer group activities like dancing and exercise classes. I love working up a sweat, feeling my blood pumping. I feel so alive. I want to be able to feel that again.
I love most fruits and vegetables. I feel blessed for that. Most people do not like many, if any.

I love all sorts of fruits and veggies (especially pineapple) but I always binge on junk when I'm upset/stressed/etc.

Thanks for telling us about the broccoli. I'm trying to learn to like vegetables again. I know it's possible for my tastes to change and to actually enjoy healthier foods, but right now it seems like a tremendous task. But for some reason, the idea of oven roasted broccoli and carrots sounds exciting. Maybe it will be my next super easy recipe goal.

I used to love lifting weights too, but I have glaucoma and I think it's not really recommended. Plus, I think it was another way that I could just get obsessed with numbers. Now my favorite activity is swimming and just plain floating in the pool. I think the water helps with my depression some too.
