Food has always been my go-to comfort. Unfortunately, I hate myself for eating. I used to binge and purge every single night. I became so disgusted with myself, but I couldn't stop. I was send to respite care for a while and wasn't able to binge and purge. Since I've been home, I've become tempted sooooooo many times and I've resisted. It's just such a hard thing to do because I'm so stressed out all the time.

I know this doesn't have anything to do with binging per se, but I use to smoke when I was stressed. I decided to quit smoking and one day I had cravings so bad then I had an epiphany that even if I smoked, I would still be stressed out.

I hope you can find a healthy replacement for binging and purging that truly will relieve your stress.

I used to binge-purge and it was my dentist that gave me a reality check
He said that I was destroying my teeth by "whatever" I was doing.
It took me a while to realize the hurt it was causing my body

I've heard that you need to throw all temptation food out, and replace it
with healthy foods.

Has this ever worked for anyone?
