funny when you're in the middle of a binge, you will eat anything- even if you don't like it
I'm currently eating chocolate with nuts in it (I hate nuts and wouldn't usually eat it) first time I've noticed I'm actually eating candy I don't like normally |

I can relate to what you're talking about. When I'm in a binge I also eat things that aren't even that satisfying to me.

"Hearing" two of you here talking about when you are in the middle of bingeing, how you want to eat anything, even if you don't like it....I totally get that, used to be a binger too, I'm a life coach now, and interested in helping people with food/eating issues. So I'm wondering, if it were possible to slow oneself down before a binge when a person is in that craving mode and just wants to eat everything in sight, if you could just sit for a few minutes and try to figure out: What do I really want? What am I really looking for? ---- What do you guys think it would be?
