Why is it I am able to communicate through txt/letters? My ex an I share home an his gf is a major trigger. When I try to talk I explode. And lash out at him. I don't know what to do. He doesn't like to communicate through txt/letters.

Is it necessary for you to communicate with him? I know you share a home but I assume that is temporary. Can you possibly avoid him until one or the other of you moves out? I know it won't be easy but it's certainly worth a try.
Thanks for this!

Must communicate. We have a set of twins that still reside at home.
