This symptom does not make someone a bad person.

This symptom can be treated and helped, with understanding, kindness and compassion.

The opposite of judging???

The opposite of "sitting in our ivory towers, passing judgement on all and sundry".... a former therapists description of me!!!!! (when I was talking about FAMILY)

Thanks for reading. "Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment" "Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment"

Fuzzy,

I know how you feel. We have a real fear of abandonment and often we are so busy clinging on we can enjoy the experience. I want to say that Im sending you nothing but kindness and warmth. We love the bear
