I'm bpd and am in dyer need of relationship advice from an expert or someone who knows what to do. I'm seeking help and am in counseling with not much relief so far. Relationship is cracking from underneath me and I need great help. I'm struggling with it and can't hold this together. Advice from anyone who knows where I'm coming from????

I watched my grandmother, who was like my mom, go in & out of hospitals and to bolivar. She was always smiling, loved to sing & play her guitar & loved life & people. I'm carrying her spirit on inside of me. I'm here to help whoever I can & be an inspiration. I know God has called on me to help others in similar situations & I'm here for you all. Peace, love & happiness.

I really know where you're coming from. All relationships in my life suck because of the BPD. Have you tried DBT classes yet, I found them very helpful with coping mechanisms?

Wishing you comfort and luck!!!

I for one feel I would need more detail about what is happening in your relationships and your therapy that troubles you, to be of any help to you. Are you willing to give more information?
