Can someone who displays psychopathic behavior, change if he wants to?

Does the fact that he wants to change mean he is not a psychopath? as true psychopaths do not want help?

What treatment is recommended for this type of thing?

(He has also been diagnosed with PTSD)

Post traumatic stress can cause lots of behavior that might seem psychopathic but yes, if he wants to change, he's not psychopathic. Psychopaths "don't care".
