Hello,
Im new to this site. I live in bizarre kind of life that I cant understand. This mostly happens at night. I feel something wants to take control over, like someone is trying to pull me to another world or another place. Its a state where I feel im loosing control of my body but not my mind. My whole body weakens then suddenly I would try to stay awake, mostly I manage to come through but with difficulties, gasping for air, trembling, fear that someone is watching and fast heartbeats. I have gaps in my memories too, I totally cant remember certain things that have happened, while people around me can clearly do. I find it so frustrating. Im really scared and I dont know what to do. Somebody help me am bothered with this situation.

With such little information and background it is difficult to give you anything of real value but it sounds like profound anxiety...

Have you been to therapy and shared this with a professional? It may have something to do with a repressed memory which is seeking to be freed...

IMHO.

Hi, apple, yes, please tell us more. Does it happen mostly at night; could be night terrors.

Could be hypnagogic hallucinations/sleep paralysis.
