I just came home from having a smear test. It hurt. It never hurt before and because of where it is obviously I felt a bit triggered actually .... I lost a bit of concentration, things went a bit foggy and I was slow with my replies to the nurse .... but I coped. I have a hell of a headache now, abnormal cells when I was younger were going thruough my mind, and the reason as to why I had those abnormal cells at such a young age .... without spelling it out ..... hmmmm. I guess I'm ok now, just wanted to let other people know that at one time I would have gone to pieces but I managed my fears today, just a headache to show.
 Couple of flashbacks but kept telling myself I am safe I am safe and I'm here in 2009 and I'm 45 years old .. (ooerrr now I am sad lol)  Ophelia x

wow! You remind me of me! ..... It wasnt to long ago ...few weeks where I had the same problems but ....sorry to say, I bawled me eyes out, lassie!
lol but ..... like you said .... I am safe, I am here in 2009 ...... Yeah and I was so emotional and upset that day......Just wanted to say, GOOD JOB and that I hope your day goes better.xxoo Sunny
